What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that, based on legal authorization, we may unilaterally withdraw from a contract concluded online and, in the event of returning the product, claim a refund of the amount we paid from the merchant. The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that, before the purchase, we had no opportunity to examine and try the product, and that before the purchase we could rely solely on the information unilaterally provided by the seller.
